My MacBook 13-Inch LCD screen is broken, how much will it cost to get it fixed?

I have a 13-Inch MacBook with a broken LCD I can see some of the screen but the top and the ent right side is white and black with colorful lines (in other words:broken) how much will it cost for apple fix it?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

If Apple either won't do it because of it's age or are too expensive TechRestore can replace the screen for $199 https://techrestore.com/
